FINAL DECISION: SUNDAY’S RIDE IS A GO!

The ride will start comfortably and will become hot and humid by midday, with a humidex up to 40°C. Stay well-hydrated and check in with each other for signs of heat exhaustion. There are always 1-2 days like this on the Rally, so it’s important to train in these conditions.

ARRIVE EARLY IF YOU CAN. We'll be sending out riders as they arrive starting at 8:30am to beat the heat. With late Sunday subway service in effect, the sweeps will wait until 9:30am to make sure everyone gets out on the road!

Car sweep, rider sweeps, Help Line, BBQ lunch & CMCC interns for first aid and physical treatments

Important Update TWO: All east-end departures are being revised to depart from Kennedy Station.

Note: Significant updates to the route previously posted. Please review the route carefully and re-download any files.

Departure: Kennedy subway station — meet at the Kiss ‘n Ride exit from Kennedy station, see image below
