Training Ride: Kipling - Burlington
SUNDAY’S RIDE IS A GO!
Sunday’s ride from Kipling Station to Burlington will start around 21 °C with a comfortable humidex near 25–27, but there’s a chance of showers or an early thunderstorm in the morning. By the afternoon, it will warm up to 27–28 °C with a humidex reaching 33–35, along with continued risk of scattered thunderstorms. Air quality will stay in the low to moderate range.

Saturday’s ride from Kennedy Station to Goodwood will start pleasantly cool around 20 °C, rising to 27–28 °C by early afternoon with a humidex up to 33-35. There’s a low chance of showers in the morning, but a 30–40% risk of scattered afternoon thunderstorms as the day warms up. Air quality will stay in the good to moderate range.

Training Ride: Kennedy - Goodwood
FINAL DECISION: SUNDAY’S RIDE IS A GO!
The ride will start comfortably and will become hot and humid by midday, with a humidex up to 40°C. Stay well-hydrated and check in with each other for signs of heat exhaustion. There are always 1-2 days like this on the Rally, so it’s important to train in these conditions.
ARRIVE EARLY IF YOU CAN. We'll be sending out riders as they arrive starting at 8:30am to beat the heat. With late Sunday subway service in effect, the sweeps will wait until 9:30am to make sure everyone gets out on the road!
