F4L ⚙️ Support Circle
These virtual sessions focus on community-building, emotional support, and grounding skills leading up to the August Bike Rally.
It’s a chance to learn from one another, speak freely, and head into the Bike Rally feeling confident and connected. Let's roll forward together.
Fundraising Deadline
June 30th, 2026 is the fundraising deadline!
It costs approximately $2,000 per rider to put on the Bike Rally. Having a fundraising minimum allows us to cover the cost of each participant. In fact, we need and rely on Riders raising much more than their minimum in order to bring in the necessary income for the cause.
This date of June 30th helps us confidently lock in essential logistics like:
Food orders
Accommodations
Apparel
Knowing how many Riders are fully committed and on track with fundraising ensures we avoid unnecessary costs and waste.
What if I’m struggling to meet my fundraising goal?
You’re not alone! The Rally community is incredibly generous and supportive. If you need help or ideas, reach out to fundraising@bikerally.org. No one who is committed to do the Ride has ever been turned away because of fundraising.
What happens if I haven’t reached my fundraising minimum by June 30th?
That’s okay! You can still participate even if you don't hit your minimum by this date. However, you must contact Bike Rally staff or your Team Captains to confirm that you fully intend to participate in the Ride and you are continuing to fundraise. If we don’t hear from you, we will assume you’re not riding and may withdraw you from the event.
What if I haven’t reached my fundraising minimum by Packing Day (Saturday, August 1st)?
You’ll be asked to pay the difference in order to participate in the Ride. No payment or credit card info will be requested before August 1st. Depending on how much you have left to raise, you may also get permission to raise the remainder during the week of the Rally.
2025 Fundraising Minimums:
First-Year 300KM & 600KM Riders: $1,950
Second-Year 600KM Riders: $2,500
2+ Years Returning 300KM Riders: $2,500
3+ Years Returning 600KM Riders: $3,000
All 1-Day Riders: $950
All Crew: No Minimum
