Co-Chair Nominations Open!

The Co-Chairs of the Steering Committee are the volunteer leaders of the Bike Rally. They work year-round with staff and the whole volunteer team to ensure the event is planned and executed successfully. We are currently looking for a candidate to serve a two- or three-year term as Co-Chair of the 2026+ Bike Rallies.

Application Process:

The selection process starts with a round of of open nominations from the Rally community. This provides a greater opportunity for more community input, as well as decrease barriers for Black, Indigenous and people of colour, women, & people living with HIV.

Step 1: Open Nominations

You may nominate yourself, or nominate someone else you think would be great for the job! All nominators will remain anonymous. All nominees will be contacted to determine their interest. Click here to nominate! Nomination deadline is April 15th.

Step 2: Confirmation

The current Co-Chairs will reach out to everyone who is nominated to gauge their interest. If they'd like to be a candidate, they'll proceed with the application process.

Step 3: Role Discussions

The candidates will be offered two separate discussions with 2-3 people, including current Co-Chairs, staff and PWA community members.
