Ride with us and make a difference! The 25th annual Friends for Life Bike Rally takes place from August 6-11, 2023, and offers several routes to choose from, each with its own unique experience.
1-Day Ride
For those who prefer a one-day ride, join us on the Toronto to Port Hope route. Ride 108km through scenic countryside and contribute to a great cause.
3-Day Ride
Looking for a shorter but still challenging ride? Join us as a rider on the Kingston to Montréal route. You'll ride 250km over three days, experience the beautiful scenery, and make a meaningful impact in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
6-Day Ride
Join us as a rider or crew member on the Toronto to Montréal route and experience the ultimate cycling adventure. Over six days, you'll cover 600km, make lifelong friends, and support people living with HIV/AIDS in Toronto, Kingston, and Montréal.
