UNIVERSITY RESIDENCE OPTION - TMU Daphne Cockwell Residence, Downtown

Type: University Residence Room, Communal Bathrooms, Includes AC
Accommodation bookings are now processed through our online merch store. Please note that each item added to your cart represents one night of accommodation. To book multiple nights, add the item to your cart once per night needed. For example, a two-night stay requires two of this item in your cart.
Cost: $75 per night. Participants will book through the Bike Rally, not directly with TMU. You'll pay the fee for your stay that will be refunded after the room is used. Crew and Riders will be refunded for up to 2 nights.
NOTE: ACCM and Trellis Community Members do not need to pay the upfront fee. Please email bikerally@pwatoronto.org to self-identify and book your room.

RETURN BUSES FROM MONTREAL
The Bike Rally will be providing return bus transportation departing from the Grey Nuns Residence at Concordia University in Montreal, with stops at Trellis HIV & Community Care in Kingston & Monsignor Fraser College in Toronto.
NOTE: This is mainly for Riders, as most Crew drive their vehicles back to Toronto on the Sunday. Crew members, please seek permission from your crew leads before booking.

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your seat and will be reimbursed after the Rally to participants who use the service. If you don’t get on the bus, your deposit will not be refunded.
PRE-RALLY TRANSPORT TO TORONTO
Participants coming to Toronto from outside the GTA for Departure are eligible to be reimbursed up to $100 for transportation (VIA Train, Bus, car mileage). Please keep your receipt and submit it to mmarchand@pwatoronto.org. You can book your transportation any time but note that reimbursements will not happen until after April 1st 2027.
If you need your gear and/or bike transported to Toronto separately from Montreal or Kingston (for instance, VIA Rail doesn’t allow bikes on the trains) that will also be arranged starting in June.
