Departure: Cafe Ma Bicyclette - assemble on the Canal Lachine near Atwater market in front of the Cafe Ma Bicyclette. If taking Metro, down the street from Lionel-Groulx or Chalevoix

Start time: 10 AM. Please show up 15 minutes early for sign-in, announcements and warm-up.
