Kingston 300KM: Toronto to Kingston

What is the Kingston 300KM?

• This 3-Day Ride will take place from August 4-6th, 2024. Riders camp each night in Port Hope and Adolphustown.

Day 1 of the ride is a Sunday and Day 2 is a Holiday Monday, which makes it perfect for Riders who only want to take one day off work (the Tuesday arrival into Kingston).

• It is a fully supported ride, and is a great chance to partake in the fun without taking a whole week off work.

• It departs Toronto with the Montreal 600KM and Port Hope 100KM rides, and heads east to Kingston.

• Super Early Bird Registration Fee: FREE (Aug 5-Aug 31, 2023)

• Early Bird Registration Fee: $25 (Sep 1-Oct 31, 2023)

• Fall Registration Fee: $40 (Nov 1-Dec 31, 2023)

• New Year Registration Fee: $55 (Jan 1-Feb 15, 2024)

• Full Registration Fee: $70 (Feb 16-Aug 5, 2024)

How much money do I raise?

• If it’s your first Bike Rally, you’re expected to raise a minimum of $1,950

• If you’re a returning Rider, you’re expected to raise a minimum of $2,500

• All Riders are encouraged to set goals above the minimum. Riders who raise $6,500 and above are awarded Top Fundraiser status!

Is the ride difficult?

• The ride is mentally and physically challenging, but with the right amount of training and preparation, you’ll have no problem completing it.

• People of all ages and abilities complete the ride every year!

• The Bike Rally is not a race, so you get to ride at your on pace.

How do I train?

• Every winter there are weekly indoor training sessions which are organized by our Training and Support Committee.

• Every spring and summer there are weekly outdoor training rides which ramp up gradually in length to prepare you for the actual Bike Rally.

Will I fit in?

Of course you will! Everyone finds their tribe, so to speak.

Every Rider also joins a team, which you’ll socialize with and build friendships with in the weeks and months leading up to departure

There are also lots of Bike Rally socials before and after the event which you will be invited to where you’ll meet lots participants to become friends with.
