ACCOMMODATION
MONTREAL ARRIVAL - Marriott Residence Inn, Downtown*

Type: Hotel Room, Private Bathroom, Includes AC
Cost: $259/night + Tax (Bike Rally Group Rate). The cost of these rooms is not reimbursed by the Bike Rally.
*This is a change from our long-time arrangement at the Le Centre Sheraton. The Sheraton was becoming too expensive so we've worked with Marriott on this new venue, which is only a few blocks away and more affordable.
MONTREAL ARRIVAL - Grey Nuns Residence, Concordia University

Type: University Residence Room, Communal Bathrooms, No AC
Cost: $75 per night. Participants will book through the Bike Rally, not directly with Concordia. You'll pay the fee for your stay that will be refunded after the room is used. Crew are refunded for up to 2 nights and Riders are refunded for 1 night.
NOTE: PWA and Trellis Community Members do not need to pay the upfront fee. Please email bikerally@pwatoronto.org to self-identify and book your room.
TORONTO DEPARTURE - Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU)

Type: University Residence Room, Communal Bathrooms, Includes AC
Cost: $75 per night. Participants will book through the Bike Rally, not directly with TMU. You'll pay the fee for your stay that will be refunded after the room is used. Crew and Riders will be refunded for up to 2 nights.

RETURN BUSES FROM MONTREAL
The Bike Rally will be providing return bus transportation departing from the Grey Nuns Residence at Concordia University in Montreal, with stops at Trellis HIV & Community Care in Kingston & Monsignor Fraser College in Toronto.
NOTE: This is mainly for Riders, as most Crew drive their vehicles back to Toronto on the Sunday.

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your seat and will be reimbursed after the Rally to participants who use the service. If you don’t get on the bus, your deposit will not be refunded.
PRE-RALLY TRANSPORT TO TORONTO
Participants coming from outside Toronto for Departure are eligible to be reimbursed up to $100 for transportation (VIA train, bus, car mileage, airfare). Please keep your receipt! Instructions will be given the week of the Rally for you to submit it for reimbursement.
If you need your gear and/or bike transported to Toronto separately (for instance, VIA Rail doesn’t allow bikes on the trains) that will also be arranged starting in June.
