2024-2025 Co-Chair Nominations
The two Co-Chairs of the Steering Committee are the volunteer leaders of the Bike Rally. They work year-round with staff and the whole volunteer team to ensure the event is planned and executed successfully. We are currently looking for a candidate to serve a two-year term as Co-Chair of the 26th and 27th Anniversary Bike Rallies. The next two years are set to be some of the most exciting yet, with the Rally planning to build on the momentum of the 25th year to expand and raise even more funds for people living with HIV.

The new Co-Chair will serve with this year's returning Co-Chair, Robb Walker.
Application Process:
The selection process starts with a round of of open nominations from the Rally community. This provides a greater opportunity for more community input, as well as decrease barriers for Black, Indigenous and people of colour, women, & people living with HIV.
Step 1: Open Nominations
You may nominate yourself, or nominate someone else you think would be great for the job! All nominators will remain anonymous. All nominees will be contacted to determine their interest.
Nomination deadline is May 31st.
Step 2: Confirmation
The current Co-Chairs will reach out to everyone who is nominated to gauge their interest. If they'd like to be a candidate, they'll proceed with the application process.
Step 3: Interview
The candidates will be offered two separate interviews with 2-3 people, including current Co-Chairs, staff and PWA community members.
Final selection of the Co-Chair will be made by the Executive Committee and announced during this year's Bike Rally. If you have any questions, you can contact the current Co-Chairs (Gaby and Robb) at cochairs@bikerally.org
