Silent Auction during a tennis social organized by Bike Rally participant Dianne Hind. All are welcome to come to the club as Dianne’s guest if they want to join in the tennis, or just come for the silent auction.
6:30pm – 8:00pm
Endurance training is a vital aspect of your Bike Rally preparation, as well as a great way to stay active. But sometimes it can cause muscular imbalances that may lead to aches and pains, or worse, a full-blown injury. During this interactive session, Dr. Donald Littlewood will speak to the common issues he’s treated on the Bike Rally, and offer some great suggestions for injury prevention and conditioning.
Proactive injury prevention is a commonly overlooked aspect of training, and it applies equally to first-time participants and veterans. Be sure to attend this valuable seminar as a way to support and enhance your Bike Rally training!
Dr. Donald is a chiropractor and acupuncturist practicing in downtown Toronto. He has been a Bike Rally Wellness Crew volunteer twice (2016 and 2017), the first time as a member of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College Team (CMCC) providing care to riders and crew.
All 6-Day Riders need to complete one 90km Training Ride by this date.
Ian Toone & Dave LeBlanc are having a Friends for Life Fundraiser at “The Drink” on Saturday July 14th from 3pm to 6pm, music by DJ SAMM!
Please come support us, we will be having 50/50, live spinning (pants optional/Jock straps maybe?), and a silent auction! Look forward to seeing everyone out!
Please share on your facebook page to get the word out!
